The Balancing Act covers a broad range of topics such as the latest innovations in health, family, travel, finances, cuisine, pets, beauty & fashion, and the environment.

The Balancing Act is produced for Lifetime Television by O2 Media Inc., a company nationally known for branded entertainment, online marketing and media. The Balancing Act is hosted by Danielle Knox and Kristy Villa. Every episode of The Balancing Act is exciting and informative – the perfect balance for the women of today. The Balancing Act team’s mission is to educate, empower, and entertain their female audience. The Balancing Act has partnered with many trusted brands such as Nestle Purina PetCare Company, LENA Research Foundation, and The American Society of Travel Agents. The Balancing Act has won 11 Telly Awards for Television Excellence.

This spring, The Balancing Act airs A Lifetime of Health and Wellness Makeover Series, which is about the unique journey and the process of four distinct women who are trying to lose weight so that they can live a healthier lifestyle. The Balancing Act has provided these four women with the support and helpful guidance of other experts. The Balancing Act has offered these women the privilege to go to LaCosta Resort and Spa in California, too.
